Reading google’s FAQ on SEO I laughed out loud at their example on SEO-spammail:
“Dear google.com,
I visited your website and noticed that you are not listed in most of the major search engines and directories…”
Obviously, the mail was promted by a stupid robot, but bears evidence of an unsurpassed uncritical behaviour.
