(not)Getting in touch with Orange

Maybe it is christmas business, maybe it is a general lack of service – regardless my confidence in Orange as my new mobile company is severely damaged by the fact that I for 45 minutes haven’t been able to speak to a real person although I’ve tried calling 4 different stores. The way Orange wants me to contact the individual stores by phonw is also hopless, by the way. To get hold of the store on Østerbrogade, I must call a central number, choose between 3 choices of interaction, submit my postal zip-code, choose what store to be connected to and then wait for several minutes while noone picks up the phone (ringing on the 9th minue now…). In case of an engaged line – repeat all steps again.
Hopefully they service existing customers better…
